Lubega features in big cup loss after extending contract Former Proline FC striker, Edrisa Lubega, featured for Floridsdorfer AC as they were bundled out of the Austrian cup. 

The team lost 3-1 at the Waldviertler Volksbank Arena to former Erste Liga side, SV Horn through goals from Peininger, Kawanaka and Kirschner while Gashi consoled the visitors.

Contract extension 

The Uganda Cranes striker recently extended his contract with the club for two more seasons.

- The contracts of defender Milenkovic and striker Lubega were extended a few days ago. In addition, Ejubovic, Furch and Rossak are three players from the reserves have been promoted and could penetrate into the starting squad soon, the club statement reads.

The club begins life in the lower division, the Austria - Regionalliga East, on August 4th against Wiener SK.
